If you or someone you support is at risk of homelessness, we may be able to help with supported accommodation. Referrals are usually a good fit when the person is:

01In need of urgent housing

Facing homelessness, eviction or an unsafe living situation.

02On eligible benefits

Receiving or entitled to Universal Credit, ESA, JSA, PIP or similar.

03A UK resident with ID

Able to provide valid identification and a contact number.

04Open to support

Willing to engage with the support that helps tenancies succeed.
